Ingredients
- 2.5 dl flour
- 2.5 dl milk
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 25 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Optionally, cinnamon, cardamom, blueberries, apple slices.
Method
- Melt the butter in a mixing bowl.
- Add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and egg.
- Mix. At this point the 'batter' will be very solid.
- Add milk slowly, one tablespoon at a time. Mix as you go. This prevents the batter from being lumpy.
- Heat a pan, with butter. The pan should be just hot enough that the butter is sizzling.
- Add spoonfuls of batter to the pan.
- Wait until the batter begins to form bubbles on top, then flip.
- Wait 15 seconds more, and remove from the pan.
