Chicken Tikka Masala

Method

  1. Finely dice onions, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Fry them in a pan with oil or butter
  3. Take them out of the pan once done. Fry the chicken in the same pan (don't clean it)
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and the aromatics back in when done frying.
  5. Simmer for five minutes.
