Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 1 small bunch of coriander, chopped
- thumb-sized piece of ginger
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp gurkmeja
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 200g spinach
- 3 tbsp yogurt
Method
- Finely dice onions, garlic, and ginger.
- Fry them in a pan with oil or butter
- Take them out of the pan once done. Fry the chicken in the same pan (don't clean it)
- Add the rest of the ingredients and the aromatics back in when done frying.
- Simmer for five minutes.
