Something quick that's suspiciously like naan
Ingredients
- 200g flour
- 250ml greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
Method
- Mix all in a bowl to form a dough.
- Heat a frying pan until it's quite hot. No oil. Just a ridiculously hot pan sitting on your stove.
- Divide the dough into balls, and roll them out into naan shaped portions.
- One at a time, toss them in the pan, and let them fry - 2 minutes on a side (roughly)
- Time and temperature matter a lot here, but I don't know what your stove is like so you'll just have to experiment.
