Something quick that's suspiciously like naan

Method

  1. Mix all in a bowl to form a dough.
  2. Heat a frying pan until it's quite hot. No oil. Just a ridiculously hot pan sitting on your stove.
  3. Divide the dough into balls, and roll them out into naan shaped portions.
  4. One at a time, toss them in the pan, and let them fry - 2 minutes on a side (roughly)
  5. Time and temperature matter a lot here, but I don't know what your stove is like so you'll just have to experiment.
